I actually am on chat quite often, I just hadn't been for the past few weeks because I was spending time with my sister before she left for college. D:
But you are right I don't really make a blog unless I feel the need to address a major issue, or to announce something important.

I think (as Obi said) she should be a mod first. I have seen how she moderates on the CLFW and she is very sound and strict (Which is what we need more of IMO).

Wait... This seems more like an appropriate place to put Alemas in as a possibility...

"I would honestly root for Alemas, too... He's fun pretty much anytime he's not strict. He's strict WHEN he needs to be and he's not TOO strict; I think he'd be a good admin. Not to mention, he's very active."

First off, thanks for the support MsD! :D

As far as new Admins go. I think any new Admins need to have been here for a least a year if not more. Should have had CM rights for at least 6 months. And should be generally active in all areas of the community; chat, blogs, forums, and should know how to edit. Personally I think only two people here could properly fulfill and have the needed experience to be Admins; Ire and Peat. Yes, I realize Peat doesn't have CM, but she's had plenty of experience with chat, editing, and the entire Wiki as a whole. And her moderating skills on CLFW are also top notch. As far as Ire goes he is an experienced member and has had lots of experience with moderating chat and editing. 

Now as far as myself goes I actually am a lot more active than I appear, I usually read all new posts on the forums, and new blogs. I just don't always get around to commenting on them. And Jed, I don't think 10-11 CST counts as "wee hours", sure I stay on till 1-3 sometimes but 10PM CST is only 9PM EST. I normally don't get time during the day for chat, but I do a lot of watching on Wiki Activity, or at least try to. But it's up to the Admins what they think of me as a candidate, whatever decision they make I'm sure it'll be with good reason.
