Recently the admins have been discussing an official partnership with Brickimedia. This would mean that each site endorses the other and includes a link to them, probably on the front page, like the other links we already have there. This would not require any change for the community, nor is it in any way related to moving or forking, it's just a way for both communities to support and endorse each other. Please let us know if you support or oppose this idea. If most of the community supports, it will be voted on by the Brickimedia Board (a board member suggested the partnership to us, but an official vote would need to be held), and if they accept, it will be formalized.

I just want to point out something which involves some more security issues here at Wikia. Wikia has an extension called Piggyback which lets them control a registered Wikia User's account. It lets them block people as you, chat as you, edit as you, send emails as you, even change your preferences too. It lets them do anything as you. Okay, this isn't just a local security issue like Template:Customs, this is a global security issue (everywhere at Wikia).
Brickimedia does not have that extension installed, as seen in here https://github.com/Brickimedia/extensions. If you don't believe me you can go look in all of the other GitHub sub-repositories at @Brickimedia.

Brickipedia and the LMBW need to be at peace for once. They are both great wikis with great members.

I'm glad you support, but this isn't meant to be an act of defiance against Wikia, it's supposed to help both Wikia (mainly LMBW) and Brickimedia. :)
