Yeah Ace of Spades, the first person sandbox CoD style game where you can build your own base and battle other teams :P

Well the first one was old but the second one was newer. But I still think the first one is superior. You can still play the first game at buildandshoot.com

-_- that was back in 2005 where most FPS were glitchy. But I agree that the AoS on steam sucks nonetheless. But the old classic shooter was quite addicting and it didn't really glitch that much. The glitches were only brought up by buildandshoot which remade the game

I got AoS on Steam the day it came out and I literally could not play it. The game straiht-up refused to connect to servers and it stayed like that for weeks until the devs released a patch messing with enough things to fix it. The gameplay, then, was one-dimensional and boring; there's no point to building because people will just destroy it all. Then they broke the game with another patch a few months later and since then I can only connect to a few servers and they time out immediately after I join.
So yeah, high-quality game.
I haven't played the old, non-Jagex-owned version, but I've heard it's a lot better.
Been playing for about a week. Add me on Steam: ItsCryptiid
