Removal of the Arbitration Committee

I bet no-one actually remembers what it is.

So yeah, it was formed amid great hype, but in the end, no-one has ever cared about it. If people have to complain, they do so simply through a CM's or admin's Wall, not through an excessively bureaucratic process which just scares you from actually using it.

I therefore propose that we remove the Arbitration Committee, as it's just a massive cathedral in the desert. In other words, no-one ever, and will ever, use it.

I remember this, and I vote keep it for sentimental reasons. What would be the point of removing it? :P

A) Remove it. It was a good idea but it hasnt been used all. All members except Cody are inactive anyway.
