Also, before anything is deleted the whole list of pages that will get deleted needs to be posted so it can be reviewed by multiple users.

Well yeah... it's sort of the rules, isn't it? The vote's not necessary. It's like if a RfR candidate doesn't meet the criteria; the vote's archived or deleted; you don't wait for it to finish before you get rid of it.</div> <p>I just want to make sure before we do anything as drastic as deleting loads of articles all at once.
