As you will have certainly read on my blog, you will know that most of our problems regarding innuendo are due to the Template:SS emote. I initially thought that regulating the use of it would be enough; however, as Rio pointed out in the comments, it would be a pain outlining the appropriate and inappropriate usages of the emote, as it's too much of a "grey area" for users and mods. And, as Lone said, again in the comments, the problems it causes far outweigh the benefits.
Therefore, I propose that we delete the emote once and for all. I know it won't completely eradicate innuendo, but it should significantly help in preventing it.
