<p>In a previous vote, we introduced a new user rights group that had recently been added by Wikia. We also had a vote on the user right in order to determine how we should handle the new rights. There was some disagreement on the results of the vote, as well as the method of voting that was used. Therefore, I'm opening a new vote in order to get results that we're able to agree on.
