Should we use the Oxford comma in articles? This is the comma separating the second to last and last items in a series of three or more items.
Example:
"France, Italy, and Spain" as opposed to "France, Italy and Spain"

The entire MOS needs a rewrite in my opinion. I don't know who put it together but it seems haphazard as if it were partially copied from another MOS (probably Brickipedia's) and then adding a bunch of crap in it here and there. But yes, this should go in the MOS.
