Vote for allowing user articles of family members of wiki members that don't meet MoS requirements to be granted MoS exceptions

So recently, there has been a discussion on the Candidates for Deletion talk page regarding the user articles of wiki members' family members that don't meet MoS requirements, such as Shadowtiger10 and Rosemink. So basically, they have only have a one- or two-digit post count and no rank or something and they'd normally be deleted, but because they're related to a wiki member, they're kept.

An admin apparently approves of them, but Goggles says there are no special allowances for family members, nor is there any sort of policy on this. The MoS itself does not cover them.

To resolve this, I'd like the community to decide. Should the user articles of family members of wiki members who don't meet MoS requirements be covered under its exceptions or not?

B. Just have the wiki members tell their family members that don't meet the MoS standards to make a wiki account that they can either use or not use. Then, as wiki members, their articles would then meet MoS standards.
