I know I just made a discussion for this, but Alemas pointed out to me that a vote would get things done, so I'm just gonna go right ahead to a CV so things can get moving.
If you haven't already, please thoroughly read this before voting. This vote is to require a minimum of time (which we will decide on) before any RfR can close, and no situations can override that minimum. This will ultimately counter the issue of RfR's expiring in unreasonably short periods of time.
Vote options:
A) I support the requiring of a minimum of 48 hours to expire before a RfR can close due to majority of supports/opposes.
B) I support, except with a requirement of 72 hours.
C) I support, except with a requirement of 96 hours.
D) I oppose this proposal.
E) Neutral (state your reasons and/or different idea)
Current Votes

B) 72 hours: 1 vote.
C) 96 hours: 25 votes.

Yes, with 96 hours the minimum.
