<p>I fail to see how it's an "experiment" as such, unless you are particularly watching for a certain behaviour/outcome, and want to gain something from that knowledge. Just turning it off willy-nilly without a reason is pointless. I'm not at all opposed to turning it off, we've done so in the past, but there was always a reason.
