B). Simply because a word /can/ be used appropriately does not mean it /will be./
<p>if people want to have a civilized discussion with this word included in it, so be it – that's no problem. As long as the conversation is appropriate (which is a rarity, knowing the average age of the community :P), and chat is scattered with a bunch of X'd lego faces, that's totally fine-- All those blocked lego faces on chat do is just notify the mods a blocked word was said. no biggie. as long as it's used in a fine way then it's really no big deal. i feel if we unblocked it, some people would feel the word is now appropriate to talk about/use (which in many cases, it is not) and would abuse that power. just because a word is unblocked doesn't mean it's okay to throw it around and use it willy-nilly, as i have seen before. plain and simple, i dont trust enough of the community to use this freedom appropriately, as many will assume all abuse this right responsibility ;)
