Rewrite the Admin Policy

OK so currently we have a super old admin policy that's kept from the community. It kinda just addresses a lot of how we should do things but it's so outdated we rarely even follow it anymore. It was also made by admins which doesn't really work. :P So I propose we make the old one public, trash it, then the admins will rewrite it with community input. What say you all?

I'm really not understanding why everyone thinks it needs "drastic" changes. The only thing I'm noticing is that the "Promotions" section isn't relevent now that we haf RfR. Am I missing something?

A lot of the stuff needs to be removed just for clarification cause the rules here trump the admin policy. Mostly we need to specify what secrecy is. And also demotions should be edited as a guideline.

The admin policy just doesn't work with the main policy and it doesn't need to contain so much when there's only a couple added rules admins need to use on admin chat.
