Vote to unblock piss

No I didn't copy and paste rio's vote shut up

So, it's been annoying for me, and others, to have this word blocked, because I can never say that I'm "pissed off," only "ticked off," which really doesn't cut the mustard in some cases. Of course, all inappropriate uses of the word would still not be allowed. Telling someone to "piss off" wouldn't, nor would something like "*pisses on something*". We never have discussions about peeing anyway, so I don't see when this would be an issue. So, basically, I just want this unblocked so "pissed off" can no longer be blocked. I'm sure there are other creative and appropriate uses for it as well. For instance, "piss away" means to waste one's time or resources. And I would also argue that this word is on about the same level as crap, which is unblocked.

Keplers was saying that because you voted you've prolonged the wait time for this vote to end for another 2 days.

I've said a million times before this is a problem. If it's clear who's gonna win no matter what someone votes for, we need a rule where if it's a situation like that, an admin can all an end to the vote.

What makes this vote foolish, however, is the fact that, as Keps pointed out, when Bond voted A, he did nothing but prolong the time we had been able to use the word he wanted to unblock in the first place.
