Yes I know Slice has one up for CV but I thought if we change it at all we should have the option to change it on all votes, also I had a different idea for how we'll change it. :P
So I propose instead of requiring 75 edits to vote on CVs and RFRs we implement a rule that instead states users must have been a part of this wiki for one month before voting, now in general people will make an edit here or there and we'll be able to look at their edit count for a join date but if some people don't ever make an edit and decide they want to vote, I propose we allow an admin to determine whether they should be allowed to vote or not. 75 edits is also a poor idea because a troll could easily get 75 edits in a day or two and have a say in the community. :P I also propose we remove the edit requirement for people making a RFR for CM, as edits aren't needed to understand chat.
A: Keep RFR the same: 1
B: Change RFR voting requirements to 1 month instead of 75 edits: 15
subvote: 1: Only use edit count to determine whether a user has been here for a month: 3
subvote: 2: Allow an admin to permit a user who has not made any edits but has been here for a month or longer to vote: 11

Consensus
RFRs: 1 month, allow admins to permit users who have not edited but have been here for 1 month to vote.
CVs: 1 month, allow admins to permit users who have not edited but have been here for 1 month to vote.
Keep the edit requirement for CMs.
