<p>So currently there are 27 CMs, excluding bots, of which there are at most 5 that are actually active. I know this vote has failed several times before, but I'm hoping that with this much of an imbalance, people will see that if we do vote on who are and aren't deemed active and quality CMs, that it will refine CMs as a group and improve the authority and such.
</p><p>Should we hold a vote to determine which CMs should be kept, and demote those who are voted to be demoted?
