<p>Recently a petition to block a user caused a lot of controversy, and apparently a lot of users do not believe the community should have a say in blocks. Thus, I'd like to hear their opinions on this despite this having previously been <i>voted in</i> by the community in the past.

<p>No. As the users alone cannot block a user, this is the best way we have to express it if a user has continously trolled the community and broken the rules,

<p>Nein - while the ability to do this was recently misused (because the accusitions didn't justify blocking), I believe having this ability may be useful in the future.
