Vote to make Patroller a requirement for Admin RfRs

So I was thinking that since admins should have some editing knowledge, that having patroller rights should be (re)introduced as a prerequisite for putting up an RfR for administrator rights. Considering that it's not too difficult to get if you just spend some time editing and learning how to actually do it, and since it's a requirement for content moderator anyway, it seems fair to me.

Should we make patroller rights a prerequisite for putting up an admin RfR?

While I do think an admin should be familiar with editing I do not think being a patroller should necessarily be seen as a requirement given you could have an admin who is very good at other things besides the technicalities of editing.

I would vote A were this another wiki, but LMBW has revolved around the social community ever since I've joined. I therefore think adminship should focus more (note: not entirely) on the candidate's demonstrated ability to handle user issues than content.
