Fix Term-Limits for Positions of Authority and Power

I am proposing that we rectify our current form of democracy by fixing a limit on the time of a person's term as admin, chat mod, content mod, discussions mod, etc.. Instead of retaining rights until a demoting vote removes them, mods and admins would be automatically removed from their positions at a set date, unless they run for the position again and successfully win the vote again. I believe this would ensure that the wants of the community are better represented. Plus, it would make it more democratic.

I do not know what the time limits would be - I am merely proposing the general idea.

A for sure. Maybe after a certain amount of time people should have to be revoted on. That way we'd weed out the unhelpful CMs and stuff.

B. We are not a government. Our system was founded on that of the message boards themselves in which the mods do not have terms but simply do their jobs until such time as time as they move on. ▂▃▅▆▇█▓▒░Eagleeyedan▒░▓█▇▆▅▃▂
