It has recently come to my attention that there is nothing in the MoS regarding user articles on MB users with reader ranks. 

As Apprentice Reader is even easier to achieve than Caveman, while the following reader ranks are significantly more difficult to reach (note that there are currently over 2400 apprentice readers, but fewer than 40 total master readers, maniac readers, and legendary readers combined), I propose an update to the MoS.

I suggest adding a clause to the MoS stating that unless the user has a wiki account, they must have a reader rank of Master Reader or higher in order to be able to possess an article here.

A) Add above-stated clause to the MoS

B) Leave the MoS as it is

C) Change the MoS policy on reader ranks to something other than what I described - please specify
