I was attempting to see a list of banned words while in chat earlier, and I realized that I couldn't access a list of filtered words from the chat policy page.  This seemed problematic to me, seeing as new users who have read the chat policy still have no idea what words exactly are not permitted.  Honestly, I didn't even know that "retard" and variants thereof were banned until the petitions were made recently.  

Regardless, it seems best to me to have a policy that is clearly defined.  Thereby, I think a link to the list of blocked words should be included on the chat policy page.
