So something that confused me was that each vote on an RfR extends the legnth by two days. But do neutral votes count? And does switch votes count? I'd just like for this to be clarified to avoid future confusion. Anyway...

Should neutral votes extend the two-day limit?

Should switching votes extend the limit?
A) Yes: 13 Votes
B) No: 5 Votes
C) Neutral

If you voted A), how should this be regulated?
