Under this policy, the administration would be in charge of all fields by administrative vote, from emoticon uploading to adding new regulation. The Community Vote system would be abolished, though petitions may remain as a semi-official way for the community to inform the administration of their woes. The administration would be in charge of promoting new Moderators and Administrators, and the Request for Rights system would be abolished.

Under this system the chaotic and inefficient mode of squabbling over democratic decisions would end and users would again learn to appreciate what their administration has to offer. The current administration was -- inefficiently -- brought to office by the people, and thus the people shall trust their judgement.

I guess it's a little bit sad how everyone seems so entirely discontented with anything we do as a community. Every day I come on it seems like there's another community vote - what are we doing wrong? What are you guys looking to get out of this place? I'm Neutral personally because as an admin I don't think this should be my choice to make, but I think everyone here needs to take a step back and think about why they're here and how votes like this benefit them.

No one here thinks before making community votes, that's part of the reason why this community is probably the most chaotic of the entire Wikia network (or at least the communities I've visited).
