<p>Since this vote passed, here's the thread where you can vote to demote or keep the inactive admins and 'crats. Spider would keep his CM/DM rights in case of demotion. Bureaucrat rights can be removed by asking Wikia Staff (in case you thought they couldn't get their rights taken away).

There is a literally unlimited amount of administrator positions so in the end it really doesn't matter whether or not they have the rights because it's literally not going to affect anyone anywhere </p>
