So recently there's been some discussion on removing the rights from inactive users, so in order to ensure that they can retain their status while also fulfilling the desires of the community to remove their rights, I propose we add user tags that show what their previous rank was before the removal of their rights (i.e "retired administrator"). The code would be fairly simple and wouldn't take me too long to set up. However I'd like to hear the what the community has to say first.
