ALL POSTSRank Badges 
<p>Back in the days of yore we had badges one could earn by editing articles that had the categories of MB ranks in them. I propose that we add these badges back.
</p><p>A) Add back rank badges: 8 supports for more badges
</p><p>B) Keep the badges the same: 5 opposes, no more badges
</p>
