Just as I suspected...

Was about to vote C. Starting from the title, I alreay thought that this vote would be ridiculous. But I'll just let the admins do it. I vote B.
I'd have everyone kept except for Dwarfy and Marc since I would rather have them demoted. From my observations, all Marc is doing in the chat is nothing but making that "chat logs" thing. I barely saw him speak sice my return to the Wikia with this account. As for Dwarfy, I don't know about how active he is, but just in case he's been inactive for quite a long time, I'd have him demoted.

B. What if these banned users created dupes to vote for their original accounts to get unbanned?
Well what if that dupe was disgusing as an original account and was discovered that it was a dupe this whole time? Also, I'm not an American and I'm not updated on American news.
