You can adjust the speed through programming. In the medium motor block, click on the little dial looking icon on the left which is a power setting. Adjusting that will change the motor speed. The higher the number, the faster the motor speed. If you go negative, the direction the motor spins will reverse. Same thing for reverse though, -100 will spin faster than -20.
I feel like this would be better as a community discussion rather than a vote... I think it makes most sense the way Alemas layed it out in his blog. Go read it (User_blog:Alemas2005/The_End-of-MBs_Editing_Drive_(FAIL,_THANKS_MODS)). Put "last known rank" before the "Alien invasion" but we also need to list Alien for everyone as well. It's part of the history and who are we to mess with facts?
Mm, I considered A. But in the end, definitely going with B. So, B.
But yeah seems like the policy could use some editing as LCF pointed out.TheShadowAssassin wrote:
Again, context. I know for a fact that a mod would not kick a user for using a redx if the discussion at the time was completely appropriate.
Per Apple. Really though, even if someone were to get kicked when they shouldn't have, it's no big deal. Just. Rejoin. Chat. xP Kicks serve as a way to quickly stop something, and as a warning that stronger action will come if poor behavior doesn't change right away. If it was an unnecessary kick, then no need to worry about any of that. Rejoin, and chat can easily continue as it had been. :)

(P.s. seriously sooo many votes now that are allowed to pass even though they are against policy... O.o)

how are they against policy
Well Slice, there have been a number of them now, three maybe? Four? That have directly violated policy. Once again, this vote does the same. "A community vote cannot be used to directly demote rights from a user, however, a petition to the Admins can be made that a user be demoted"
well yes this technically is a petition, but the admins woild be pretty scummy to turn it down especially with this big a majority for most of them.
Technically, this is a vote. There is nothing scummy about doing a job properly. Big majority nothing. It should be done right. It should have been corrected before the other vote even passed. This is most definitely not an isolated case either and not the only section of policy recently violated.

Nice, a good vote. I'll go for C. (Was it ever clarified as from date of vote created or date passed?)
Absolutely not. BBB. I do not like the company of people who say such things irl, and I most certainly do not want to see them acceptable here. I'm sure we can be smart enough to handle finding better, more respectable and proper ways to communicate without these such terms.
Also per Harold. This vote is a bit messy.
Ehh, I'll go with keep blocked on all I guess.

right when we thought we might finally close this vote lol
xP Sorry, would have voted earlier but I wanted to see other opinions first and then I ended up way way busy irl.
