BTW I'm just starting out and seeing how it goes from here.

In defense of EED, he is not the cause for users leaving the community. Stating him as a cause for users leaving the LMBW is only a harmful lie to a dedicated user of old to the LMBW. I would like to make that statement clear.

Just an idea but why not give the new status to a select few Moderators who would like to volunteer and try it out...
To be honest this isn't something big, it's just allowing Mods to edit small things on message walls and forums.

I would like to change my vote to no because I think it would be best to keep under rank user articles if they contain content you personallly would read and obviously has acceptable content. If not, it should be deleted or put on hold till it has enough content to consider it as an complete article.

I vote no. I say no because we just don't know how long the user will stay on the MB. It might just lead to LMBW having user articles who only joined for a few weeks and left. IT'll just leave weak articles for editors to edit.
