So.. It's the name of a clan of Jats in the states of Haryana and Rajasthan in India. 
A.. I agree with Rio, Obi, and Bourg on this. Also, some people are saying that they view the admins as community representatives, but usually representative represent to something/someone else..So I just don't see how those things go together. The way I see them, they are just users like us with more of a capability to help better the community.

Hmm, after reading through all of this, I'm going to have to vote for 4. I think it's unnecessary to have yet another RFR. I do agree with what Aravis said earlier about having it optional for chat moderators. I wouldn't go for 3 because, like previous people have said, they're for mainspace, not social stuff.
