Isn't this what UCS is supposed to cover? I don't know the exact circumstances of your ban, so maybe not, but I imagine it was probably a common sense thing.

This thread is ridiculously long. There are already words equivalent to "boobs" (in both meaning and formality) that are not blocked on chat. If you want words such as these banned, make your own vote.
I think it really depends on each situation. Should we handle discussions on more serious drugs (than marijuana) differently?
Vote 1 - I think this is really just a matter of respecting others' wishes. The use of the phrase "Jesus Christ" can make some people feel uncomfortable, and they would rather be comfortable here. That being said, not being able to say "Jesus Christ" (in the context you're referring to) isn't really affecting you. There's no guarantee that this would be true for a different situation. Hence, the "reasonable request" of the policy.
Vote 2 - I think this should just be an aspect of the user people consider when voting for them. This should be common sense for a moderator.

2. 20 supports and 75% majority (so basically what LSB said except 75% instead of 80%. CM is 75% and I don't see why Forum Moderater would need 5% more support :P)
Support. The recent onslaught of unnecessary 'humorous' accounts basically tend to just bog down chat and cause confusion. They detract a lot more from chat than they give, and so it'd be best for us to just not allow them.
(also i hope you guys are all happy about finally getting to see a real live admin discussion, oh whee bells and whistles and flashing lights i hope it was all you ever dreamed it would be)
