<p>We all know that he was banned. Something I remind you was about 16 months ago. Since then, in my interactions he seems to have greatly improved, even shoving off my pushes for him to make a dupe account. As a recent conversation on chat showed, there is an implicit bias towards those we allow back and don't. We have Nigma back, a member of the community who was notorious for trolling and attacking the wiki. Ale's justification for Nigma being back was that he redeemed himself by not trolling or attacking for the past year.
Given that we have gone over a year without any YJF related incidents, shouldn't this mean that YJF should be allowed back? As I see it, there is no reason to keep him blocked that is not a personal bias.

<p>Hello everyone. Today I am here to petition for the user Wolf nya of House Stark to be blocked from the wiki. She has proven on several occasions that she has no regard for the rules of this wiki, and causes disruption, trolls, and disobeys Chat Moderators (evidence of this can be seen here, from 11:11 onward, here, from the beginning to about 12:20, and aaaand the large majority of this). I do not believe that she is making a positive contribution to the wiki, and as such, should not be allowed to remain here.
