Ask topics are a form of topic found in a wide variety of forums on the LEGO Message Boards. In these topics, a user either pretends to be a fictional LEGO character and answers questions or answers them as themselves (usually to help out new users), the latter of the two being mostly found in the Message Board Help and Suggestions Forum. Famous Ask topics include "ASK FANG SUEI" by Xeara, which popularized the fad on the Ninjago Forum, and "ASK PYTHOR P. CHUMSWORTH" by Sepublic22. They are made on an almost daily basis by various users, often duplicates of other similar topics.
