Locked Posts (not to be confused with locked topics) are posts that cannot be replied to, and, unlike locked topics, are locked in an unlocked topic. A locked post causes the entire topic to appear locked, but it is normal, and can be replied to. Many users, such as Alemas, used an HTML technique to make locked posts in the MB Lab for Technological Tests. Seaside98 was the first known user to create a locked post using an HTML technique. However, the mods have banned use of them because it is considered to be messing with the interface, and because one locked post by friendlylightspark caused a glitch which actually locked the entire topic.
