The Locked Topic Glitch sometimes occurs when a topic appears locked while one or more posts can still be replied to/quoted. This usually occurrs after a moderator edited a user's post. It can also happen if a user experiences the User-Moderator Glitch and then edits a post. This glitch rarely happens and is usually fixed quickly.
