Everyone who worked for LEGO (aside from moderators) had a rank named Official. Their posts were not moderated; however, they only posted occasionally, or if they needed to for certain occasions or when answering questions. None of them have (or most likely ever will) posted something bad, or spammed. Many of them had specific tasks. For example, LEGOUniverseMaster mainly posted updates about LEGO Universe. Another Official named stevensbike posted updates in the Atlantis Forum until she became a moderator.
