PrimeFigulus was a LEGO Universe forum moderator who showed up the day LEGO announced LEGO Universe was to close on November 4, 2011. He had said that he was taking the place of Elementron and Figmentia. He the rank Sheriff, 29 posts and no studs. He was the "Community Coordinator" of the closing of LEGO Universe, and answered many questions after the announcement. PrimeFigulus was the leader of World Builder League, also known as WBL.
He disappeared after LEGO Universe closed.
