The Double Post Glitch and the Repeated Post Glitch are two different frequently-occurring glitches.
The Double-Post Glitch happens if a user double-clicks the post button instead of just a single click, thus sending two of the same posts to be moderated.
The Repeated Post Glitch is an actual glitch, as the user presses the post button only once, but their post is tripled, quadrupled, or even quintupled. The quintupled post record can be seen on this page.
